The Clinical Lead role with Curian Medical is extremely varied however it includes providing clinical direction for the business, mentoring our panel of therapists, assistant Psychologist and Curative Team, defining and developing new services and protocols, as well as reviewing client’s progression through treatment and being available to discuss treatment when required. Dr Mistry is supported by the Curative & Psychology Team, who are on hand daily providing assistance to our clients and therapists
All therapists within our network are trained in their relevant fields and registered with their respective bodies, such as the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), British Psychological Society (BPS) or United Kingdom Psychotherapy Council (UKCP). Furthermore, they are overseen by a recognised and qualified person.
The needs of our clients come first, therefore all clients are encouraged to feedback their experience of therapeutic treatment, positive or negative, as we constantly strive to improve our service. Every client receives a Satisfaction survey at the beginning of their treatment and are asked to complete, with any recommendations on how we can improve our service. In addition, our service is discreet and confidential. We comply fully with Data Protection Laws.
Clinical outcomes should be measurable and as a result we continually measure the effectiveness of all treatment delivered by our therapists using validated methods, such as psychometric testing, and regularly perform peer to peer audits of treatment and reports. Curian Minds also provide support and coaching to our network of therapists, as well as encouraging career progression and further learning.
Curian Minds service is quality driven, at accessible rates. Our fees per service are reasonable, fixed and transparent. Based in Lancaster or London, there will be no variation in cost and these will be set out at the beginning of treatment.
